  Pretty new needs more experienced staff, an outdoor shower and the food at the restaurant and the general ambience at the bar were superb. For the remaining six of us, the spa was great.

  The inifinty pool and the evening boat ride was very nice, the service at the front desk, at the activity centre and housekeeping was very good. Food was awesome at the hotel, the staff were very cheerful and all employees were quite friendly. Water zorbing was also available and fun, we stuck to the buffet for all meals as the variety was fantastic.

  The pool is amazing, the spa is amazing and the beach is clean and beautiful, the outdoor space also has a shower and bathtub area, I loved, the place is perfect for a three to four day get away. And at this price, there are better alternatives, the hospitality as usual of Taj staff is courteous and the rooms are spacious and have been done up well. Bar just above to cool off the sun during the swims and food, in taste nice.

  One of the best in the country and great location. The place is beautiful, the staff are excellent and go out of the way to help you, the rooms are large and ceilings high. Sauna are free, food prices are reasonable and kerela menu is really nice and you should try.

  Its worth noticing the minute details and beautiful location. Excellent hotel spa and wonderful and unique style architecture. The staff were extremely helpful, the room was clean spacious n very luxurious and breakfast spread very good and lunch/dinner also was one of the best we had. Chef tendulkar was kind enough to suggest the same to us.

  Good roads, hard to miss the property and view of sunset from beach is worth looking at. The hotel is well connected major railway stations and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are great and and lastly The Taj's food is always excellent.

  The pool is neat and has an awesome view of the backwaters and the sea, all in all great place to go and good place to spend money for quality hol. Overall staff is too sweet, bed is comfortable and the keralite food is simply delicious and the authenticity of the food is phenomenal. Italian menu is also decent and the Jiva spa is worth visiting.

  The views from all our rooms were great and the staff here as well were brilliant. The bathroom was spacious as big as a small bedroom and food was excellent. The spa experience was lovely.

  The tower rooms provide a amazing view of the backwater and the sea, good place to spend ur holiday for relaxation, the staff is very hospitable and are very helpful friendly too. Great property food leaves a lot to be desired.

  The common areas, the pool, the gym everything is very well done up, its an amazing place taj is always taj and a ) latitude staff need to be prompt. The room is great, the breakfast is nowhere near to Taj standards.

  Best stay ever and fantastic Staff. Especially the outdoor tub, continental cuisine and the restaraunt serves excellent south Indian. Jiva spa ************ superb.

  Another wonderful stay at vivanta by taj and great staff. Rooms were nice and large, bibin from the food department was a very helpfull. The treatment at the spa was just super.

  This hotel definitely has big boots hard to filled by any one soon, the room itself is also very spacious and has a large bathroom, the food is quite ok and the staff are helpful and friendly. The pool is great is only 4 feet deep.
