Great beach, beautiful location and other than this the place was fantastic.
Many other canadians as well, the pool was lovely.
Our room was great, the food was excellent and the poor waiters were carting large trays up.

We liked having a safe in the room, excellent drinks and nice pool.

The beach is quite wide and very soft white sand, playa del Carmen is BEAUTIFUL. The staff is soo nice, the rooms are adequate and clean, the restaurants are small and do book up fast.

I liked the beach and the restaurants in you can have dinner, the staff is wonderful, breakfast is the best meal on this resort by far.

This hotel is poorly managed, and needs a complete renovation, the water never once bothered us, we expected to get sick off of.

The beach area was much better that anticipated, the coffee and expressos at the hotel were good, the service was excellent at all three a la carts. My room was great and the buffet was adequate I am not super keen on buffets.

Definitely the best beach front compared to the surrounding hotels, great service and one of our 2 rooms was already available. The food was amazing, the fresh fruits and salads were good.
