Booked a room with excellent views to an ocean view. My wife loved the bed, it was extremely comfy and we slept like in a cloud.

The hotel was quiet and gorgeous and in a beachfront location. Plus it was in a beach area.

Really enjoyed plentiful and above average breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.

The room was fantastic and complete with the air conditioning, a single bed and bathrooms, I had everything needed. Also, location was marvellous and beautiful, at walking distance from Mather Town.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff, including Ashante, Brittany, Trent, Ed, and Burnell. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the vintage chic bathrooms were spacious. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the rooftop bar with its breathtaking views of the city. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful homes of the Garden District and had easy access to the streetcar. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and bars, and the staff gave great recommendations. The breakfast at the on-site coffee shop was delicious, and the staff there was always cheerful and accommodating.

The view to an ocean view from our reasonably large room was excellent! We had a plentiful and above average breakfast served in the restaurant. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Grand Bahama. Everything was very good, though a few employees were very rude.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed two key aspects of the hotel. First, the location was excellent, with a stunning beach just steps away. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Second, the bar on the beach served delicious burgers that were a real treat. I loved being able to enjoy a tasty meal while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were always friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

On the downside, there were a couple of issues that marred my experience. there were limited food options available, which could be disappointing for guests looking for more variety.

Employees at the bars are usually very unfriendly and unmotivated, as are those at the reception. The rooms have a door leading to the next room, which is zero sealed. Mine even had a gap. You can hear every word.

The location was fantastic. Despite many students who came to the island to celebrate, not crowded.

The excursions offered by a separate tour operator are very questionable. If you are not or do not want to be an animal torturer, you should urgently stay away from pig-swimming ("swimming with pigs")! The animals are driven into the water and held by the onlookers, lifted up and beaten. The bathroom should be overhauled.

It has functional beautiful rooms, that come with balcony, garden view.

There were functional, brand-new rooms with balcony and bathrooms, for instance. The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to shore. It was also so close to Celevlands beach club, the beach bar, and cruise ship.

A huge variety of excellent food for meals. Very nice staff and reasonably spacious rooms with a king bed, Safety Box 3 plus a partial view. Great and beautiful location, a short walk to everywhere. Great service within 12 miles of the airport.

The beachfront location was perfect, with plenty of activities and friendly staff. The entertainment shows were amazing!

Felt so comfortable, nothing to complain about.
