Everything was well-maintained, perfect location short walk to the archeological park "Carlos Pellicer ", and the business area called "Tabasco 2000 ", real good experience. The room itself was spacious and with balconies looking out over the gardens, the free breakfast, music. We loved wake-up service available. The service was all in all good!

Excellent and large room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Exceptionally comfortable bed and efficient and pleasant staff. Early check in, reasonable prices. Unique interior, great restaurant. Very easy to get from Carlos Rovirosa Perez airport, just 12 miles.

Had a very comfortable stay overall, the room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable with the free breakfast and music, for example. A shower, hairdryers and towels was a plus. The atmosphere created was quiet. The hotel had a marvellous location close to everything.

The hotel had a wide range of amenities, such as a spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. We enjoyed relaxing and unwinding in the pool and taking advantage of the spa facilities. The garden area was absolutely stunning, providing a peaceful and serene environment to relax in. We loved spending time there, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers.

The hotel had a convenient central location, making it easy to access key roads and public transportation. the hotel had a clean and comfortable room, with a nice pool and bar. we also liked the fact that the hotel had an ATM and offered both tours and car rentals, which made our trip planning much easier.

We found the check-in process to be a bit complicated, having to fill out several forms and deal with staff who weren't very welcoming. while we appreciated the amenities offered by the hotel, the check-in experience and lack of cleanliness were definite drawbacks.
