  Pool area was clean and the hotel was as quiet as a mouse all night. The staff were friendly, dinner was exceptionally good even you have to pay for the water and behind the bar was excellent. Breakfast was correct.

  There was a nice pool area and hotel was clean. Staff were as friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

  Location were rather good, the whole hotel was spotless and found the staff to be helpful. The room was nice, the food was great and the pool was adequate we only used once.

  Easy reach to beach & shops etc, about a 10/15 minute stroll to the famous BCM nightclub and location of the Hotel is excellent. The staff are really helpful, bathroom is adequate and snack bar open is handy. The pool is well maintained.

  Good location and near the beach. Stay away from cheap vodka and great for crawling home in the small hours. Nice staff and the maids didnt clean very well. The rooms were cleaned every day, the food there was delicious and the pool was lovely.

  Excellent value for money in a good position and near to the beach. Its a large hotel, supermarket nearby for cheap water and always find the staff very pleasant and helpful. The maids keep the rooms clean and swimming pool is a small one.

  5 minuts walk to the beach + good breakfast and perfect location for the nightlife you like to party. No complaints at all will probably stay again in magaluf for a short stay, a big "thank you " to the staff for a great holiday once again and the rooms are well maintained.

  The food is the most tasteless, the pool didnt have enough loungers.

  Just a few minutes from the beach and good location. The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Food was nice 2.

  About a 10/15 minute stroll to the famous BCM nightclub and fab location also for the beach as is just over the road. Palma Nova so there is an excellent selection of banging pubs and the maid service is great. The bathroom is nearly as big as a cupboard, surrounding bars are good and the pool is well maintained.

  Great location for beaches, nice hotel and most of the staff good. They clean the room daily and fresh towels every day. Hot cooked breakfast.

  Expensive bar prices and pool taken broken.
