The hotel was immaculate and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet style breakfast had a large variety of hot and cold options, making it a great start to the day.- The location was perfect as it was only a 3-minute walk from the beach and there were many restaurants and markets nearby.

The rooms were quite small and the toilet was also tiny, which may not be ideal for some guests. The air conditioner in the room didn't work very well, making it a bit uncomfortable during warmer days.

We ordered this hotel 6 months before our honeymoon. At that moment it was a 4 stars hotel, but when only a few months was left to our holiday, we got a notice that it was degraded to 3 stars. We ordered a double room of 30 square meters, but it was really small, only a double bed and some space to walk from both sides. Terrace was big enough, but without any furniture and with unattractive inner yard view. At the very first night, just lie down, one of the bed legs broke down. Complained at the reception, but they couldn’t help us, just said very disrespectfully, that ‘it’s not their problem’ and they are going to fix it in the morning. We asked the reception guy to come with us to the room and explain how should we sleep on the broken, one corner down to the floor bed. So he came, took the bedside table, flipped it and put it under the bed instead of the broken leg. He said ‘it’s the only solution for tonight’. We were shocked. The next morning they fixed the broken bed leg, but it broke down again and a one more leg after few days. So we had two broken bed legs! It was the same situation, nobody deign to fix it on the same day and not even apologized. So we had to continue our honeymoon sleeping on the mattress, put on the floor. We took the basement of the bed with two broken legs to the corridor (there was no space in the room) by ourselves. Additionally, the room service was terrible, bed-clothes hadn’t been changing during the stay. Two bulbs were not lightning, we complained, they changed only one. Only German programs on the TV. NO WIFI. The medicine smell inside the hotel. Very impolite hotel staff. Only German pensioners are staying there. Breakfast served at the other hotel in 100 meters distance, menu invariable, mainly sausages and eggs, no vegetables.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The key location of the hotel, close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and markets, was very convenient for us. We loved being able to walk to the beach within minutes and having plenty of dining options nearby. the hotel provided excellent breakfast options with a wide variety of choices, satisfying our morning cravings.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't particularly enjoy. The first was the small size of the rooms and the lack of amenities like a fridge or cutlery.

We stayed at Hotel Santa Maria Playa for a week and it was perfect! The location was amazing, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and pool, which was small but nice. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The rooms were clean and simple, and the hotel overall was immaculate. We also appreciated the option to eat our own food by the pool. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is top-notch. The basic amenities in the rooms are modern and kept spotlessly clean. The air conditioning works perfectly and the TV provides entertainment during downtime. One of the best features is the delicious breakfast with many options to choose from.

The hotel had a decent location, conveniently close to a beach and a variety of markets and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast did have a good selection, and the pool had enough sunbeds.

The food was frequently cold and tasteless, and ran out quickly. The lack of a fridge in the room meant we couldn't keep drinks cool.

The breakfast selection was pretty good and we appreciated the clean and safe location. The fact that there were restaurants nearby was an added bonus as we didn't have to travel too far to find dinner. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Furthermore, the noise level from the entertainment in the evening was very high and we had trouble sleeping. Finally, the food wasn't always hot and fresh which was quite disappointing. we had a mediocre experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the sister-hotel where meals are served. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a nice balcony and a side sea view. The internet in the room was fast and reliable. The air conditioning worked well. The food at the sister-hotel's buffet was excellent, with a satisfying variety to choose from. The restaurant staff was wonderful. The gentleman at the reception desk gave great advice and helped arrange trips. we were very satisfied with the price we paid.
