The location of the hotel was excellent - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Plaza. The staff were superfriendly and excellent all the time. The breakfast had a wide range of outstanding options, and was amazing and great.

The hotel was recently refurbished, had an elegant atmosphere. I liked king room. There was an exceptionally clean bathroom with a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. The location was favourable and the staff was super friendly and accommodating during the whole stay! You guys made my stay absolutely amazing.

The location was excellent and fantastic, only 5 minutes walk to a Catholic church. Every staff member was amicable. The bathroom was spotless, and the room itself was quiet and clean.

The hotel had some modern facilities such as a remote control for the air conditioning and TV with Netflix and YouTube.

This place is fantastic. It's located right in the center, so it's easy to get around. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent. I loved the room service and the fact that they have car hire available. The housekeeping is top-notch, and they even helped me with my laundry. The tours/ticket assistance was great, and I was able to see all the sights I wanted to see. The room amenities are great too – air conditioning, in-room safe, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV.
I would definitely recommend this venue to my friends.
