  The location is good, we liked the convienience of Polo Park and Red Lobster close by, the hotel is easy to get to from outside the city. The lobby is fantastically renovated, the staff at the Viscount Gort are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was clean surprised me since is sort of a dump. The pool is great.

  Convenient location and a disappointing stay. Home away from home feeling, lovely modern lobby and the staff were only lukewarm friendly. The room was spacious and pillows were fantastic. The restaurant was fine, the pool was a great temperature, and there was no shock you stepped in.

  The location is ideal for shopping and the hotel is pet friendly and the rooms very clean. Beautiful and tasteful construction to front lobby and lounge and restaurant, the staff is always personable and professional. The beds are very comfortable, mineral spa are wonderful.

  Good location, great Value and the lobby is clean and well appointed. The restraunt staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful too, the rooms are beautiful and the amenities of the waterslide.

  Great location for shopping at polo park and good value hotel. The lobby looks awesome and front desk clerks. The beds were comfortable and the food from the buffet was excellent.

  The staff were friendly and efficient; we used the free shuttle to the airport, our stay was absolutly perfect. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, at in the bar one night and didn't think the food was good. This facility did just that.

  Spacious lobby, clean and quick service checking in, great Stay, the staff were incredibly supportive, courteous. The beds were very comfy, the food in the restaurant was delicious and fast.
