Unless you were on the all inclusive plan this is a very expensive hotel and not worth the money.
Booked this hotel at very short notice - same day - and were slightly worried about how reasonable the price seemed compared to the others we phoned.
A very good hotel at a good location and to a good price!
First class value in a reasonable location and this hotel is very good in general.
Excellent location & breakfast was very good, this hotel was very well located for Lisbon centre and the staff were efficient and polite.
Easy transit to airport & close to small supermarket to take supplies back to room and hotel is in the perfect location.

5 eur taxi ride from old town, great views of the city from the roof and the hotel is located in a strategic position to visit the downtown thanks to the metro blu line at a distance of only 300 meters.
Good position close to the metro, the hotel is easily accessible by public transport and the rooms are large.
It consisted of a large lounge area, a good sized bedroom with enormous bed and a bathroom with bath and shower.
Comfortable king-sized bed, good breakfast.
The triple bed turned out to be a sofa bed.
The bathroom shower head broke, the hair dryer kept coming apart and had to be held with a hand towel because it would get so hot we couldn't hold it long enough to dry our hair.
Staff very helpful - replaced faulty fridge same day, huge room.
Whilst there if you can get to the fish restaurant at Cais de sodre station- between the station and the ferry terminal you will not regret it - fantastic service and wonderful food including the best chocolate cake Ive ever had!
Breakfast was fine, bread of various kinds, scrambled egg and sausages, fruit , cold meats and cheeses.
The kitchenette was very handy, breakfast was good.
00 for a less than exciting buffet breakfast, this was definately not the place to stay.
The swimming pool is too small (just one person fits in) and the breakfast was okay, but not the best.
From the moment we entered the hotel with crabby reception personnel to the constant dripping shower, to coffee service in your room that is not free, to $30.
Good location, stuff for kitchenette available from reception and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Old and outdated, outrageous prices (unless you did the all inclusive), poor quality food, filthy swimming pool, poor quality drinks at outrageous prices, mattresses as hard as the concrete floors, and running water in the elevators!
Pool area is impressive and it is nice to have an area to sit out in and be able to cool down as needed.

Fantastic room really clean and useful kitchenette.
But room was large and almost clean (I suppose they did their best).
Moreover the staff is helpful and kind, big size room, fresh kitchen kit.
