The food and beach were pretty good, and we enjoyed the holiday decorations.
The animation team was lackluster and didn't put much effort into entertaining guests. The room was also outdated and in need of renovation.

The staff was PROFESSIONAL and the hotel met needs. We ate at Restaurant Dar Shat, which is only 200 m away, it suited our needs. Mosquee Hiboun was 2 km away from the venue. Truly enjoyed it.

Great pool and beach, plenty of activities to participate in, and the food is varied and tasty, with vegetarian options available. The rooms are comfortable and always cleaned to a high standard. The animation team is very entertaining and made sure that there were always fun events happening throughout the day.
The Wi-Fi could be stronger and more reliable, and there were a lot of non-English speaking guests, so communication could be a bit difficult at times. , some of the staff members were not very friendly or helpful, but this did not detract from the overall positive experience.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with a very large cool reception area on the beach by the sea. The staff were extremely friendly and always involved in all activities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. The facilities, such as the pool and the 24/7 restaurant, were great advantages during my stay.
The Wi-Fi in the lobby area was not the best.
