  Best restaurant in town, the view from our apartment was excellent and the usual good service was in place. For the money we paid for this holiday we had no complaints at all, staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were cleaned daily. The toaster had a large crack in the casing, alcoholic drinks were fine and the pools were clean.

  we have just returned from callao garden in tenerife.our 2 bedroomed apartment was on the ground floor and very spacious.everything was very clean and tidy.the kitchen was fully equipped.you have to put one euro in to use the tv lasts about 40 minutes.but not a problem as we didnt come on holiday to watch corrie or eastenders.you receive sky news eurosport and true movies.one tip would be to leave the water heater on in the kitchen all the time as it can run cold after a couple of showers.hotel staff very friendly and helpful.bus stop right outside takes you to las americas and los cristianos about two euros each.all restaurants in callao salveje have good food and service.if you want a lovely cup of tea and scones go to bonnies tea rooms in callao salveje.had a great time would return again next week if i could but work beckons.....

  Very quiet Hotel, nice staff and the bathroom was big enough. The evening entertainment in the Restaurant Lanzarote was also good.

  As we travelled in May the hotel was very quiet, the service was amazing - a big thank you to Veronica and our apartment was ideal. Helpful - especially the bar staff seemed to worked day, the food was very good and the pools were clean.

  The rooms in this hotel was amazing they was equiped, the reception staff were welcoming and the apartments were big spacious. The food at the bbq was lovely.

  Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, the service is amazing, all the rooms have very well equipped kitchens/utensils/crockery etc. The Vime Callao Gardens are clean.

  Bit of a hill to get up to, rests not many shops you like shopping watch out for dog poo the streets are covered in and bars are no near. Disgusting manager never shall we go again he needs to be sacked.

  Nice staff and rooms large. In addition food not too bad and cocktails as well as local beer. Great swimming pool.

  The hotel is a little tired, the choice is so small you will remember off by heart by the first day and disgusting manager never shall we go again he needs to be sacked.

  Staff are very helpful, the apartments themselves seem clean and the drink flowed well. Pools great choose from 3 of em.

  Staff well some great one in particular the old man awful, apartments are clean and all restaurants in callao salveje have good food. The callao gardens are fantastic.
