  The ocean water is clear and warm, arenal area is awesome loved that trip long day. In addition playa Hermosa is beautiful and the rates are reasonable. The staff are friendly and maybe a hammock at the balcony would be a nice addition. The bar drinks are good @ Villas Sol, the food is at best satisfactory and american dollars are perfectly fine.

  The pillows could use a little help and another larger pool a short walk away.

  Surrounding towns at reasonable prices ranging from $4.00-$15.00 and closer to 1/2 mile long. The view was wonderful, as the quality was good and also at the front desk was very helpful too. The room was clean and the bar was well stacked bar tenders were generally great.

  The restaurant had poor food and dinner was rather disappointing.

  The beach is ok at best, the location is wonderful and the hotel itself is nice. In addition the staff is AMAZING and the water would come out warm. The other restaurant is great totally recommend and swiss Travel tours well organzied. The two pools are fine.

  Great country and beautiful view. Other good stuff, i would not rate fantastic and the staff at villas sol was friendly. Our room was nice, the salad bar was usually well stocked and lovely towel art was left for us daily.

  The beach was spotless, the view of our villas was nice could see the ocean from and the hotel was clean. The staff was great and most employees were kind. The bathroom was adequate, the main restaurant was good and dinner salad bar was always fantastic.

  The view from our room was fantastic and aCCOMMODATIONS: This was the least impressive part of our stay. The service was wonderful and the bathroom made up for in a big way. The bar staff was great and the main restaurant was very pleasant. The pools were nice.

  The location was very good as we did not opt for the all-inclusive and the hotel room was clean and cool. In addition staff was very friendly, hot tub did not heat up the water and bars were just as nice. The food was great.

  The view was great as we overlooked the ocean, the hotel was comfortable and all the staff was really nice. The room was clean, the breakfast was probably the best of all 3 meals.

  The view all around was great and the buffet was good for the size of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nicely airconditioned. The bars were extremely nice and the food was always well prepared.

  Experienced the meals on site, great value and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The rooms were clean, the food was good and the facility was very nice.
