We love staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The rooms are pleasant and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is superb, just a short walk away from the famous pyramids. We enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, and the pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon. The hotel also provides excellent service and amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a spa & wellness center. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located very near to the pyramids, which is extremely convenient for exploring the ancient ruins. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, ensuring that each guest feels well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities, including air conditioning and a fair sized bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel is delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day before heading out to explore.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any room for improvement.

The hotel was convenient as it is right next to the pyramids that draw people to this area. It has a computer for guest use in the lobby, though it is not free.

The restaurant was a little expensive. They advertise an "ämerican Breakfast" which is anything but, however this is common In Mexico.

My son and I stayed at Villas Arqueologicas for 2 nights during our visit to explore the ancient ruins of Teotihuacan. The rooms were cute and clean, with comfortable beds and a work desk. The showers and Wi-Fi worked well, and there were plenty of electrical outlets. The hotel grounds were peaceful and filled with beautiful birds, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious Mexican food, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the archaeological site.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Wonderful small hotel located really close to the exceptional restaurant. Comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room. What a magnificent and amazing location to the park entrance!

Stayed here twice, rooms pleasant with small beds. Good food in restaurant, convenient for breakfast or afternoon break. Great location, quiet oasis near famous pyramid complex. Nice pathway to entrance. Friendly staff, decent wifi. Pool is relaxing, didn't personally use.

Unfortunately, I somehow messed up our dates of stay by one day. I booked it one night early - for one night. When we arrived, they did have room to accommodate us for the night and they seemed to indicate that they would credit our amount to the next night -- until after I signed the credit card slip then they said no credit and made me pay another full nights' lodging. I thought it was rather sneeky - they seemed like they were going to work it out even though it was my error - but, after I signed the credit card slip they got kind of nasty about it.
