Tastefully decorated and tidy hotel rooms with breakfast included. A huge variety of food available in the restaurant. The staff were very, very nice and welcoming and food was reasonably priced. Particularly good and best possible location for our visit to Regional Museum of Cholula at a short distance from the venue.
Beds were quite hard.

it's big size boutique hotel, everything is fine here. having a flat-screen tv with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe in our well decorated and neat room. the staff are exceptional and pleasant. thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was serviceable and newly renovated and placed in a Colonial-style building. We received good service from the well-trained staff. The room was tastefully decorated with breakfast included and the location was magnificent.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not experienced.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredible, right at the foot of the archeological pyramid and just a short walk away from the Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de los Remedios. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, it was the cleanest place I have ever seen anywhere. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful pool, gardens, and an outdoor workout center. The staff were friendly and willing to help at any time.
