The venue was in a central location so close to food outlets, the cinema, and Black Country museums looking plenty of other places to visit in a short distance.

Their staff were not so friendly.

It was in an easy and perfect location adjacent to restaurant, Dudley and food outlets.

The pool area is lovely too. Easy parking on site. Good location for visiting bars and a cinema.

Lovely location in Dudley close enough to an old shopping centre as well as Dudley on a main road. Very very good building and rooms with a bath.

The breakfast had a good choice of croissants, toast, cereals, and fruit. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with 2 single beds, the bed was extra large. The hotel was in the central setting close to the attractions. I did not want to leave and will choose the place for future trips.

Everyone from the staff was attentive and amicable.

The room was brand-new and a decent size with a bath. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect in the new area. Moreover, I went to the lake, its 25 minutes walk away.

The property is fairly clean; extremely spacious and airy rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Welcoming and polite staff, they know their business. The food is brilliant with plenty of options, including slices of fresh bread and cereal. The location is central.
