  The bed was comfy the range of drinks was brill, the breakfast was very good, and the staff at breakfast were helpful.

  The staff are slightly less than welcoming, one tea bag in a double room and mold is unacceptable.

  Good links to manchester via train station and the Village is big. Great location just off the motorway and hawthorn Hotel is the best hotel in Manchester. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the public rooms are very smart.

  Loved the bar area very modern and very nice Stay. Well worth the money, very friendly staff and sauna and steam room were also good. The food was wonderful.

  The location was picked as we have friends live near by and the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. Reception staff were friendly and the next room had a large stain on the floor. S breakfast was amazing.

  The bar area was cosy and served light meals, the only thing I liked about the hotel was the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and the room was quiet, clean. Food was also very good.

  The food is great at this hotel, the staff is really friendly and helpful, room is totally average, 32 lcd tc is nice. The pool here is amazing.

  This hotel was easy to find and very nicely decorated, excellent staff were very helpful for my daughters wedding. The rooms were huge and breakfast each morning was ok – standard English hot breakfast.
