Fantastic location for access to the boat docks to be picked up in the morning and hotel is nice. Best rooms are the superior.

No car needed and a cheap taxi to downtown, the chedraui , and airport, great Stay. Good prices and friendly staff. The rooms were reasonably clean, our veranda overlooking the pool was also very nice.

A great value in Cozumel, good Price and staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The water was just lukewarm, the best food will be found there.

Small bar area did not ever seem to be open, the pool was dirty and had algae growing in.

A great hotel for all, very good staff and the maid that cleaned our room formed the clean towels into different shapes every day. Just screens and plantation shutters, the restaurant manager was personable and friendly.

Emo the owner was very nice to us and the general atmosphere is very friendly, big new hot tub is good addition for sore muscles.

Location is poor and overall seems accomodations on the island range from bad to mediocre.
