Upon arrival, the stunning design and decorations left us speechless. The location was perfect for accessing the old city, Saturday walking market, and night bazaar. The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The decorations at Villa Thapae were absolutely delightful! The beautiful art and artifacts scattered throughout the hotel made it feel like a true treasure trove. It was such a pleasure to explore and discover new and interesting pieces every day. The hotel's general areas were also well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. I never had any trouble getting around, thanks to the wide hallways and helpful staff.

I would have loved to see more assistance available specifically for senior people during our stay. Although the children working there were kind and accommodating, having some extra support or services tailored to the needs of older guests would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

Villa Thapae in Chiang Mai was chosen by my director for our recent business trip, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. Spent Easter weekend in a beautiful hotel with great amenities, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The design was unique and the lush gardens added to the charm of the hotel. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, bars, and local markets. The icing on the cake was the outstanding service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

Although the shower temperature was difficult to adjust, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall outstanding experience. the price was a bit higher than other hotels in the area but it was definitely worth it for the quality of the stay.

The suite was very spacious and comfortable. We loved that it had two bathrooms, two fridges, and two water kettles. The staff members were absolutely wonderful during our stay and helped us plan and book all activities at better rates than the internet. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the location was perfect.

The hotel had no restaurant, but there were plenty of delicious Thai food options nearby. The balcony, pool, and garden were shaded almost all of the time, but the hotel was within a stones throw from the old town.
