The location of the hotel was great and easy to find. It was close to the main attractions and restaurants which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was kept very clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided daily. The air conditioning unit worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature.

The room was quite small and lacked basic amenities for preparing breakfast. , the street noise was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep through the night.

The location of the hotel in Dubrovnik is excellent. Early check-in was great, no complaints.

The location was central, great. Staff was helpful. Rooms in villa sigurata ii were very clean.

Located in the heart of the city, it was easy to get around and explore the local surroundings. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had all the necessary amenities, such as a fridge and tea making facilities. What I enjoyed most was the great shower in the bathroom, which was a nice surprise.

While the central location was convenient, it did mean that there was a lot of street noise at all hours of the day and night. there were no catering facilities available in the room beyond tea and coffee, which was a bit of a letdown.

Nicolina, the owner, is very friendly and accomodating to any need you might have. The room was very nicely decorated and is great value for your money. It is located right in the center of the old town of Dubrovnik. You could not ask for a better location.

There is no view, except to the neighbours window. Wi Fi did not work very good. And the additional bed, which is a sofa bed, was not very comfortable. I went during the off season and it was great, but I can imagine that during summer it has to be very noisy and it's a 1st floor so you hear everything that goes on in the street.

Great location, very friendly and helpful owner! Would definitely return and recommend! I was a solo traveler and 2 people probably would find the room too small, but it couldn't have been more perfect for me!

The lady manager was SO friendly and warm. The room was small but very clean and nice. Watch out that you don't break a toe on the bed foot! Great location, free Internet. We loved it. Completely restored after the war.

Just wish we were able to pay with credit card for every booking. Getting money, figuring out the exchange rate everywhere is tiresome.

Its location and the hosts: both wonderful! The place is very cute and everything you need is at your doorstep. Easy to reach by bus (n. 8) from the bus station (get off at the west side old gate).

I guess, since we were on the top floor of the house, it was a bit hard carrying things upstairs (so watch for heavy bags!). But mostly, it's because we only stayed there for 1 night (in fact, 12 hours in total) so we had to move our stuff in and out in a very short period of time. Anyway, if you have problems with your legs, bags etc. Ask for the room on the first floor. Or at least the one on the second. The house has 1 bathroom to share among the three rooms only which is on the ground floor.

Nikolina is wonderfully warm, very available, made us feel very comfortable and offered great tips and information. She also got us transportation to and from the airport and did our laundry for a small fee. The apartment we stayed in was on a street that didn't require climbing the steep Dubrovnik steps, which made us very happy, and we had two separate rooms (we got a triple for two of us). The accommodations were exactly what we'd hoped for!

We really enjoyed our stay here - it's a great locatin within the old town - a minute's walk to the hustle and bustle yet on a quieter street. We slept with the window open and had no noise issues at all. The room was small but fine for our needs - you don't go to Dubrovnik to sit in your room! The owner, Nikolina, was very friendly and helpful too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Everything was great - a really good value place.

Excellent cleanliness. Perfect location within the castle walls. Well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Best of all, the owner Nikkolina is the definition of hospitable, so friendly and genuinely concerned about her guests. We highly recommend staying here.

Really nothing bad to say about this place. Just a few things to keep in mind. The stair case is very steep and it is located on a hill, so it may not be the best choice for elderly or disabled guests. Also, the shower doesn't have a curtain, but we have found this to be common in Europe.

Nicolina did everything to make our stay comfortable from arranging for a taxi to pick us up from the airport, meeting us at the old city gates and showing us our small but comfortable ensuite room. There is a small kitchen on the ground floor.The room has air con,TV,CD and hairdrier. Nicolina's English is good and she has lots of recommendations of restaurants,cafes and places to visit. In January the weather was cool but brilliantly sunny and the sights were quiet and empty of tourists...great!

It is very confortable, because it is actually a small flat with a room and a small kitchen. The furniture is good, the room is clean and it is located in the historical center, everything is near.

I have been changed the room I had booked in order to be in the same house with some friends of mine. I appreciated it but the room wasn't as beautiful as the pictures shown over the website. Furthermore, you need good legs to climb the stairs!

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Sigurata much as the location is great and Nikolina is just a perfect person to meet and the best which we have been experienced all over Croatia in our trip. She provide you all great tips and care about people. All description listed in the Booked.net is valid, room is not big but enough indeed as we shouldn't expect big room in old town. Clean and got basic kitchenware which we could do our own cooking. Close to everywhere you need in an old town! For those people who may not easily access the steps, think could request some annex which has less/no steps, check with Nikolina anyway!

You have to walk up 60 or so steps, but eh what are you going to do about it? It's part of the experience, really.
