We are a young couple and we spent only one night in this hotel. Thanks to booking we got a really good discount: 60%. We slept very well because of the very great king size bed! The staff was friendly and the breakfast really good. It's a place where you can spend a night if you don't want to be far away from the airport, just 10 minutes from there.

However, we think that the room was still too expensive for what it is. The hotel has been good one day, maybe, but now it is getting old and tired. As we checked-in, the room was clean. Afterwards, we found different bird pooh on the floor...the location is not as good as it seems on the internet. There is no nice view of the ricefields from the pool, and no view at all from the "one bedroom villa" that was actually a simple room with a big bathroom and shower.

Nice and intimate atmosphere, excellent servis, great breakfast selection, fantastic swimming pool. We love it!

It was far away from the beaches ex. Kuta Beach, Senggigi but you can hire a motorbike...it's fun!

We were travelling with a rent a car so the location was perfect. We could relax at the hotel with the great view from the balcony and then drive into mataram mall area which only took about 7 mins. Friendly service and the breakfast was good. very quiet at the start of July. If you just want to relax it's good, but if you want to hang out at the pool and have a few beers, it's not the place for you. One lady there had perfect English and was very helpful. Quiet, relaxed and a great view of the mountains. Without a car, you would be quite isolated.

Wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly, the food was outstanding and the room was very confortable.

The only problem was the shower, that the water almost covered all the bathroom.

Despite it's located 'in the middle of nowhere', with the location clearly put in the Lombok map, finding it first time it's a struggle, but after that it's like a villa of your own! The serenity of the place that is so captivating, very friendly owner and staffs and the facilities in the the villa that's way beyond it's price offered are what made the stay worthwhile! The best way to stay in that Villa is of course if you rent bike (like we did) or car to make it easy to travel to the points of interests in the nearby area.

Good service, staff and food.The owner,always with a smiling face was very helpful and particulary friendly.She made some excelent recommandation to visit the island.The rooms are charming and spotlessy clean.

The noise of the traffic .The rooms has no isolation.I Coud not sleeping very well.

We loved Rosa the owner; incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. Also all of her staff esp Cinta at the front desk. The food; organic, clean, prepared freshly after you order it. Breakfasts lovely. Rosa sees to any eating issues; E.g gluten intolerance, sugar free diet etc. We had the 2brm Villa Srikandri (2 storey). Both bedrooms have beautifully made up king beds (the upstairs one also has a mossie net around the four poster bed and an a frame wooden roof. Huge indoor lounge and huge upstairs balcony with lounging chairs, chaise, table etc. Smallish, but lovely pool with eating area and bar beside it. Breakfast and dining room upstairs in roofed but open area allowing airflow and views of the lovely, natural but landscaped gardens. Peaceful. Good for rejuvenation time. We extended our 2 night stay to 3 nights. Rosa is great at suggesting 'stuff not to miss' and 'stuff that is overrated'. Very honest woman and incredibly helpful with onbookings to other places.

Nothing to dislike other than it is a little way away from 'stuff to do'. Only 15 mins from airport at most on outskirts of Mataram though. If you had motorbike or hire car it would be ideal. We hired a driver each day for different day trips so this wasn't an issue but it did limit us at night (too lazy to get another driver or a taxi so just stayed in - that is no hardship at this lovely place though)! :)

The view of the Private Villa was awesome. Staff was very helpful. Views and Sceneries were just amazing. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

There was no kitchen in their biggest Private Villa ! The villa consisted of two floors. Rooms were big and spacious. Balcony view was amazing. But if some one is renting such a big villa for considerable price, chances are he is coming with 4 or 5 people. If some one wants to stay there for 7 days, a kitchen is a must ! Also, Internet signals were weak in the main villa.

Very personalize service. The boss, Ms Rosa handles everything by herself and will go all the way to help you.

There is a 3% surcharge if you pay by credit card. This was not mention in the booking.

Was very pleased with hospitality from the whole team during our stay at Villa Sayang. Fresh and tasty cooked food was made from the vegetables that grow in the garden. In cases when we wanted to try something new Sayang staff would buy it on the market a cook it for you. Had several massage courses - the therapists were really putting their heart and soul while working on my back. Rosa – the owner of the Villa’s is like a Mother. Big personal thanks to her. During the trip we head a health issue. Rosa personally took us to the hospital. Helped us with doctors and translations. If you want to spend your time in a quiet, relaxing place with beautiful rise field, to feel friendly care of local people Villa Sayang would be the proper place to stay.

Actually I booked this hotel when I noticed on the map of booking just 5 mnts far away from the airport but in fact the airport moved to new location to south of Lombok So the map was not updated I hope from Booked.net to contact me asap for further issues..

Staff was excellent. Very courteous, humble and polite. Very helpful.

internet wifi signal strong only at the reception area - at the room, very difficult to get connected...lighting in the room was a but too dim for me...and i dont like cats....hehe. lastly, the hotel is 1hr away from the new airport. this information should be updated on the website.

Nice quiet corner of Mataram with great view on the mountains and countryside around. A good place to spend quiet time if you need to escape from the usual messy city. Staff is very polite and remebered about us on the previous stay.

The swimming pool was a bit dirty and it's not suitable for children, water is deep. The rooms near the street are noisy in the morning. And final weird thing: there is no phone at all in the rooms :)

Good place in a good location, a peaceful corner in Mataram.

Staff at the reception should be trained on how to use credit cards. The water noise of the acquarium in the bathroom was a bit annoying. The rest was all good.
