modern hotel, location magnificent right by the beach, pleasantly surprised by competent staff and family atmosphere.

our recent stay in ohrid was made even more memorable thanks to the warm and professional receptionist at royal view villa. their hospitality, kindness, and efficient service made us feel right at home, especially with our little ones. the rooms were cozy and clean, and the lake view was absolutely delightful. the location was perfect, with a restaurant and coffee shop nearby. we were even allowed to use the parking spot for extra hours after checkout.

I got good sized and well-organised room with balcony. This accommodation had a very central setting in the restaurant which always made sure I are good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right on the promenade and just a short walk away from the city center. We loved sitting on our balcony and enjoying the stunning views of the lake. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the sauna. we had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great position and helpful staff

They state air condition rooms but there's none only underfloor cooling doesn't help when all the rooms face the sun all day like a sweat box! Breakfast was very poor, everyday we had cold fried eggs with cold stale bread

Well-organised and amazingly comfortable rooms with hypo-allergenic pillows. Great location for our visit to an ancient Greek theatre just a short stroll away from the hotel. And right by cafes and bars as well as the promenade on the coast of Lake Ochrid: )

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Being right on the promenade next to the lake made the location unbeatable. Additionally, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast had a great variety of food. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help out.

nice, basic place, nothing fancy, but nothing in ohrid is. key location an easy walk from the center of the boardwalk, restaurants, etc and importantly, away from that fray and its noise, especially at night. extremely clean.

This hotel has a great location close to the lake, with wonderful views and a short walk to the city centre. The rooms are generally clean, with comfortable beds and good quality towels. Some rooms have balconies, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and willing to help with parking and luggage.

The view, the place of the hotel, the restaurant' s quality, services and prices. Standard room for two was nice, people of the reception have done everything they could to please us. They gave us a room with a view to the lake, as we asked. Also the price of the room was very good. If we come again to ohrid, we ' ll definitely stay at the same hotel.

Service at breakfast was not so good on Sunday, but the staff was very willing to serve us.

The apartment was spacious and lovely. The view was great. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was very near to the centre, but very quiet.

On Sunday morning there was a little delay at breakfast, probably because the hotel was fool.
