I traveled with my infant son and the staff at Kempinski went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was already set up with a crib and a baby bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with my son, and even greeted him by name throughout our stay. This was the best hotel experience we've ever had.

The place was fairly clean and luxury, had top-class staff from the doorman to the receptionist. Overall it was tastefully decorated with balcony. The bar had a lot of OUTSTANDING meals for breakfast. We didn't want to leave and would use them next time.

We ate at a magnificent restaurant for dinner. The location was marvellous and peaceful and the free parking was onsite.

The hotel had a good and perfect location minutes away from National Museum Shop. The room was spotless with breakfast included and I appreciated the elegant-style building.

Appreciated this fabulous accommodation with exceptionally nice and consistently courteous staff from the doorman to the receptionist. The food was excellent and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. The location was great, at a short distance from Nairobi National Museum. The property was located about 25 minutes walk from the city centre.

I 100% recommend the place. The room was well decorated and well-appointed and offered with a balcony overlooking the front entrance and wine. The property's location was perfect and exceptionally nice, to request rep from another 5 star to assit to get taxi.

Additionally, the breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of homemade options and fresh juices available. The staff at the hotel were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

One aspect of my experience that I didn't appreciate was being asked to pay upfront upon check-in. It made me feel uncomfortable and gave the impression that I was being perceived as untrustworthy.

The concierge team, especially Martin, Trizah, and David, provided personalized assistance and a fantastic city tour. The staff at the balcony bar and Italian restaurant were exceptional, offering great food and cocktails. The hotel itself was clean, and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. The hotel also had excellent security measures in place, making us feel safe and secure.

Only a minor inconvenience was the slight traffic noise that could be heard from the balcony.
