One thing that really stood out about this hotel was the attention to detail. From the lovely painted ceilings to the rooms with a terrace, every aspect of this place was well thought out. It made for a truly unique and memorable stay. Additionally, the location was perfect. Situated down the hill, it offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being central and easily accessible. Lastly, the breakfast provided was excellent. There was a good variety of fresh options to choose from, ensuring a great start to the day.
All in all, I couldn't find a single thing to fault with this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations and made for a delightful stay.

This hotel is an Italian extravaganza, truly taking you back in time with its charming decor reminiscent of the old Italian dukes. The rooms are extremely nice, with high painted ceilings and a balcony the size of a courtyard, complete with outdoor furniture for relaxing. The attention to detail is evident, with clean and comfortable accommodations. The location is fantastic, close to the Basilica and town, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying the local restaurants. The breakfast may be described as the usual Italian affair, but it is more than adequate with a great range of yummy cakes, pastries, and a selection of cereal, fruit. The staff, including the hotel manager, are friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.
All was more than okay, nothing to improve.

Owners were all very nice and friendly, place was clean. We arrived early and wee able to go into our room.
While it was conveniently close to Assissi and the price was good, the surroundings were not as nice as staying in the town.

The hotel is situated in a prime location in the midst of a very touristy area. Its close proximity to the bus station to take you up the mountain to the city center Assisi which is about 20mins away. the hotel is within walking distance of the old city center. The rooms are spacious and clean while the breakfast offers great coffee, cheese, ham, fruit, Italian pastries/cakes, and typical local rolls. The service is top-notch, and the owners are always willing to help you with anything.
One minor drawback is the limited amenities provided in the rooms.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and some even have a lovely painted ceiling. I was fortunate enough to stay in a room with a big balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location of this hotel is fantastic as it's situated downhill from the bustling city, offering a quiet and relaxed environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying, providing everything I needed to start my day.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more!

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was polite. The hotel was located in a charming little town with beautiful surroundings. The room decoration was very romantic and the prices were affordable.
The walls were very thin, and we could hear everything that was happening in the other rooms and the hallway. There was no elevator, which made it difficult to carry our luggage to the top floors.

Had a decent room size that could fit two adults. Location was key, with easy access to transportation. The free breakfast was a nice perk that satisfied our hunger in the morning.
Our Christmas stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The heating system in our room didn't work, and it was freezing!

The hotel facilities were clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was filling and delicious, giving us enough energy for the day.
Nothing, all great.
