The hotel provided excellent service and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great, with easy access to markets and tourist attractions. The hotel also had a beautiful garden and well-designed rooms, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The bed was a bit too hard for my liking and the room lacked an exterior window, which made it feel a bit confined.

Great location and the staff were amazing! It's super close to the independence monument. I'd suggest checking out House of Scott for a meal, it's just a short walk away. 🍴

the staff was great - they really made everybody feel at home. the building of the hotel is a very nice colonial building, the hotel has a great atmosphere.
despite the hotel was really great, the hotel room does not meet the 4* standards I would say - very small, no window to daylight only to a neighboring room. Apart from it everything was perfect.

We only stayed 1 night at the Villa Paradiso, unfortunately we have to say at hindsight. The hotel is a real jewel. Very clean and well designed boutique hotel in the heart of Pnom Penh. Facilties (spa, pool, wifi, TV/Viedo, just to name a few are state of the art), the staff is extremely sweet and always ready to go the extra mile and the hotel itself is clean and very well maintained. We had a great time and can only recommend the Villa Paradiso to anyone who thinks that a hotel night in Cambodia may cost more than usd 100.
Tried hard to think of any shortcoming or points of criticism but in fact there were none! Thanks for an outstanding job!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in this city. The location is perfect, being close to the city center and main attractions, such as the royal palace. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and well-decorated rooms, each with a unique theme. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the car arranged by the hotel for easy transportation from the airport.
Nothing to be said.

We were in Phnom Penh for just one night, for which the Villa Paradiso was both a convenient base, and a pleasant place to relax by the pool which we did for most of the morning. The breakfasts are good and prepared fresh to order. It was great to see museli on the menu! We staying the "Cite Interdit" room which is substantially darker than some of the others in the hotel, and with no real view to speak of, but at least that probably made it cooler. Very large room and bathroom and we had a very comfortable night's sleep.
The attention to detail of our room's decoration was spoiled somewhat by the ill fitting slatted blinds which did not completely cover the window.

Quiet, interesting well appointed boutique hotel - efficiently run and with a swimming pool. Rare thing in Phnom Penh, and half the price of Raffles.

Spending Easter at this hotel was an exquisite experience. The newly renovated colonial building gave the hotel a unique charm. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions just a few blocks away. I particularly enjoyed the outside restaurant by the clean pool. The cocktails were outstanding, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and a four-poster bed. the presence of both air conditioning and ceiling fans was an added advantage.
The only drawback was the lack of hot water. Despite following the instructions, there was never enough warm water to fill the tub or even have a satisfying shower.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I had a wonderful experience. The location is truly a hidden gem, nestled in a quiet and beautiful garden. It provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The hotel is well-maintained and surrounded by lush greenery, making it a truly tropical paradise.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and great room amenities make this place a top choice for accommodation.

This is a well run place with some rooms in different design themes. We stayed in the Balinese Room (expensive) and the 60's room (cheaper) (3 of us). Location is very central, hotel is very well run, place is well designed and cosy, Food is good. Recommended.
In Cambodia there seems to be a habit of playing one tape forever, e.g,. Michael Jackson. In this case something which sounded like Abba in the restaurrant, I am not too familiar with this, but it did wear me out. These are issues which can easily be rectified, the management is committed to keep the place top noptch

Staff are professional yet friendly, English language is excellent
We stayed in the Sheikh suite - Moroccan themed. It doesn't have seats; instead, there are cushions, as one would expect. I would recommend this suite for younger folk, as cushions for seating aren't really designed for older users. Otherwise, everything aabout the room and our stay was superb
