  The situation near the beach and bus goes to Nice in one direction and Cannes in the other. Hotel is good for you and the lobby and the rooms are always clean. Stephan and the staff are only too willing to help and have great suggestions for day trips, the owners are delightful in every way, the outdoor terrace / bonsai garden is gorgeous. Continental breakfast is offered for 5euro/person.

  Nearby railway line could be noisy and the bathrooms should be minimum 2.5 meters square.

  Great location near the beach and town was excellent. Staff were unbelievably friendly and couldn't have made us more welcome, our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was better than most and the coffee superb, the hosts were incredibly warm and helpful.

  The service was very poor and the waitress extremely offensive towards us, towels were not changed every day.

  In short walking distance good shopping, great location and the hotel has a wonderful backyard you can have your breakfast. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are new, the presence of the owners is reflected in the excellent running of this establishment. The bonsai garden is awesome.

  The location is great and the hotel is very clean. Nice garden to eat breakfast in and then Villa Nina is definitely a good choice. The owner is extremely helpful.

  European style rooms are a bit small compared to the American standards, the bathroom is badly designed.

  Perfect location nearly across the street from a beautiful beach, very nice Hotel and home sweet home. Reception staff very friendly and wonderful host. The air conditioning worked well, breakfast in the garden was very romantic.

  Good location, friendly hotel and exquisite home away from home. The staff were very nice and excellent hosts were interested in making our trip as comfortable as possible. The room we stayed in was small and functional.

  The location is brilliant for the beach, the hotel itself is as charming as the hosts and the room is clean and nice. The garden patio is a lovely spot for breakfast.

  View from balcony was good and had sun from mid day to evening, the hotel manager was really handy and kind, the staff/owners were very nice and a pleasure to have met. The hosts were very helpful.

  Villa nina has charm and top location and we liked 's honest price for you get, the hotel itself is clean, well maintained and a bright and colorful. The rooms are clean, breakfast was great.

  The location and the hotel staff very good, great service, the owners were a couple were very friendly. My room had a small balcony, was lovely.
