The rooms were quiet with terrace, the staff were outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly.

All in all great and amazing setting not far from the Amalfi coast, and beach clubs. Nice styled room with terrace as expected:)))

Beautiful, clean with modern design. Good breakfast options with pastries, cereal, and juices. Nice pool with towels provided. Spa available for an additional fee. Shuttle service to the city. Lovely lobby with a bar. Not too busy.

I loved thef room with a wonderful view, the hotel's modern design, the staff which was always cordial and ready to help (my husband forgot his I-Pod at the room when we left and the driver went all the way to the marina to bring it to us). The hotel has a shuttle that goes to both the marina and the downtown. Great hotel!

The location is a little awkward between the marina and the downtown, but the hotel shuttle makes up for it.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Piazzetta and Spiaggia Libera di Marina Grande.

The restaurant was perfect and the stuff was very kind .

The housekeeping was not so good for such a hotel.

This place is a peaceful spot to relax during your stay in Capri with easy access to the Phoenician Steps.

The set up and outdoor space of the hotel was great and so was the restaurant with its fantastic breakfast. The spa was very nice and the shuttle service to the piazzetta was good.

The room was rather small for a 5 star and I guess tha the prices are over rated but that's Capri. Overall we loved it.

The hotel staff at this place are simply the best. From the warm welcome drink and hand massage on arrival, to the enthusiastic bar tender and out-of-this-world food, they really go above and beyond. The spa treatments were also wonderful and the spa itself was just right for relaxation. The location is like something out of a storybook, with beautiful green gardens and being near the marina and main square in this city.

Excellent customer service, friendly caring staff. Chauffer and car to town when needed up to 11am. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Spa was cold and sauna, however we didnt tell them we were going to use to so maybe need to give notice to spa staff. It didnt spoil our stay though. Spa area was immaculate.

elevator was broken had to go up three floors to my room, no hot water, overpriced

Não fornece wifi connection nos quartos. Quarto é um pouco pequeno para um hotel 5 estrelas.
