We stayed in a hotel in a great location, near the castle and with beautiful views of the sea. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The terrace where we had our delicious Italian style breakfast overlooked the beautiful blue gulf of Naples. Our room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The host, Anna, was incredibly welcoming and helped us with local recommendations and getting around the area.

Some guests mentioned that there was no English program on the TV channels, which could be a downside for English-speaking guests who want to relax in the evenings.

I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views from the terrace, especially during breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with homemade sweets that were simply delicious. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to provide helpful information about the area and even acted as interpreters when needed. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Wonderful views and stellar customer service! The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, surrounded by charming shops and restaurants, and very close to some of the most stunning local attractions. The room was well-stocked and very comfortable with a glorious view of the sea. Breakfast was tasty and served up every morning by the polite and helpful hostess. We also appreciated the caring and warm assistance given by the staff in our times of need, it was truly above and beyond!

The only downside, if any, was potentially the quality of the sleeping arrangements. While our bed was perfectly fine, we have seen better mattresses elsewhere and we feel that they could consider improvements to this area to make guest's stays even more restful.

Xmas at this hotel was a bliss! We received two complementary gifts upon arrival, which made our stay extra special. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was just beside the castle and the view of the sea from the terrace was breathtaking. The room was spacious and clean, making our stay even more comfortable. The hospitality of the host was exceptional, and we enjoyed the personalized service that she provided.

The breakfast lacked variety and could have been better. We wished there were more fresh fruits and healthier options available.
