This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and reasonable. The staff pays attention to detail and ensures that the basic amenities are provided in the rooms. The location is perfect, right in the center of the action and close to everything.
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

Located just in the centre of Trogir in a well maintaned tipical stone house. Not too noisy (except for the church bells which are a constant background sound in the all city centre). The town is well worth a visit and the hotel offers all what you need for a few days stay. The reception is in a travel agency close to the sea but it is only a very short walk away. The all city centre is closed to car traffic but you get free parking quite close to the centre. You have just to organize yourself at check-in and check-out if you have heavy luggages.

We are very pleased with our stay in Villa Ivanka. Perfect location to feel the spirit of the old town Trogir, very clean and tidy sheets and towels, all facilities in place to prepare smth to eat, although there are a lot of lovely cafes and small restaurants that offer excellent food. We were offered free parking also. The staff of Tourist Agency Kaios that offers the apartment was extremely polite, helpful and cooperative.

Stayed at this hotel recently and it was a great experience! the location was spot on - right in the center of the old town. It made exploring so convenient and we were in the heart of all the action. Secondly, the staff was very helpful and attentive, making sure we had all the basic amenities we needed in our room. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delightful, with a good variety of options to choose from. One detail we appreciated was the attention to detail in the room's decor, everything seemed newly refurbished and it showed the hotel's commitment to a pleasant stay.
All in all, everything was fine and I couldn't really find any major flaws.

I liked a lot my stay at Villa Ivanka. The rooms are very nice, clean, tidy and quiet; the hotel staff is always kind and available. The hotel is in the centre of the medieval town, so you can go easily everywhere. Close to the hotel, there are a lot of shops and good and cheap restaurant where you can taste typical Dalmatian food; the bus station is just ten minutes walking. It was a perfect holiday, I think I will repeat the experience!!!

The location was great, although the old town of trogir is so small that any hotel there is a good location. It was clean and fairly modern looking considering its an old historic town. There is no staff on site. You have to go to a travel agency to pick up keys, but it's really close to the hotel so no dramas. Cost was reasonable . There is a daily market and lots of shops. Touristy place.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The villas proximity to airport suited us as we were in transit and needed overnight accommodation. Villa was clean and tidy and met most of our needs and provided an excellent base for our day in Trogir to take in the sites and enjoy the abundance of culinary delights . Had been personally escorted to Villa by an agency staffer who was well informed and provided us with insight to the area. Provision of an iron on premises would have been a bonus.
having to park our rental car in an unsecure zone with all our luggage within as no parking is available with close proximity and carting of luggage would have been difficult given position of the villa

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the old town, which allowed easy access to the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with modern facilities that suited our needs. a great selection of local food was available for breakfast.
The hotel was situated next to a restaurant with a kitchen that sometimes produced a strong odor, permeating the air within our room. the description of free parking provided by the hotel was misleading and ended up costing us more than we anticipated.

The hotel was situated right in the middle of the charming old town. The location was perfect and allowed for easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The room was quite small but had a comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. The service was friendly and accommodating. It was a nice touch that the room had a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee maker, which was useful for a quick breakfast.
The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often did not work.

Second time at Villa Ivanka, even better now with free WiFi and flat screen TV. Trogir is even nicer in December.
Breakfast service would be a great plus and they promised to have it next summer on a small square in front of the villa.

Great value for the money! The rooms at Villa Ivanka were clean, modern, and in a fantastic location. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The room upstairs even had a sofa and small kitchen. The staff, especially Dragana, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early and she provided us with all the information and assistance we needed. we had a wonderful time in Trogir thanks to Villa Ivanka.
The breakfast option could have been better.
