  Idyllic quiet in the city, every taxi I took was professional and friendly, architecture of the hotel were inviting the enough. The room was large and decorated in simple, elegant Spanish style, staff were sooo kind and super helpful. The big bath was put to use and there was plentiful hot water, the garden and terrace made for a beautiful, romantic and exotic backdrop, pillows were very comfortable.

  Lots of very good restaurants within walking distance and great location. The best in Guadalajara and from the lobby you could view the beautiful back garden. Courteous and ultra professional staff, rooms all excellent, same terrace is very romantic in the evening.

  A great way for an overview of the city and fantastic Place. To the superb service, very comfortable beds and the cozy gardenside bar had a welcoming fire going in the evenings. The food was beautiful too.

  The garden is lovely and quite—like one i'd love to have in a Spanish city, the decor and rooms are just perfect, the staff is extremely friendly and gracious. The accommodation is fantastic and the service is outstanding.

  Romantic and elegant atmosphere, great service, room cleaning as excellent and unobtrusive on the one occasion we made use of. The gardens are beautiful as is the outdoor sitting.

  Best hotel experience ever, the staff is incredibly attentive, great you personally and the rooms are tastefully appointed and highly individual. The breakfast in the garden is quiet, relaxed and very romantic.

  From the small stuff to the big, very friendly staff and the room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. Towels were fresh and our breakfasts in the garden were delicious and graciously served. By the way, the wine selection was superb.

  Villa ganz is a spectacular oasis in the middle of Guadalajara and room #14 overlooks the rear garden is lovely and quiet.

  Incredible hotel in the heart of the best neighborhood in Guadalajara, fantastic service and superfast internet in my room as almost as important as a good bed. We loved the relaxing evenings by the outdoor fireplace, the breakfast was excellent.

  The hotel staff were very friendly, the bed linens were crisply pressed and the comforter was lightweight warm, breakfast in the garden was wonderful too – big plates of fruit and delicious chilaquiles.

  Highest congratulations to a truly wonderful boutique hotel, superb friendly service and our king bed was very comfortable and the linens/pillows were really nice. Served in the villa’s subtropical garden, was one of our best meals in Guadalajara.

  Overall, a truly fabulous place to stay, great service and wonderfull staff, we loved our room as well. Lovely breakfast and gorgeous Facility.

  Magnificent and unique place to stay, the staff were amazing, very polite and ready to help, the bedding was superior, the bathroom was very clean and the bathtub was large. The coffee and juices were also excellent.
