  This hotel was absolutly fabulous, anyway, all the staff were very pleasant and the rooms were big and clean. The food was good at the resort restaurant was a bit pricey, lol The dinner was nice and the pools were great for all ages.

  The hotel was great and the waiters and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice and the pools were clean.

  Old town was the best and had some good deals in the restaurants, the food was horrible and very limited.

  The hotel managers are very friendly and the concierge is helpful, the pool waiters and activity staff are great. Food is fantastic, people amazing and the facilities are excellent.

  Daily maid service keep place spotless and the bellboys and front desk are very friendly too. The food is very good, pool is huge.

  The beach in front of the hotel was clean and the room's temperature was refreshingly cool at all times. The three pools were very nice.

  All in all, 's a better place to spend your time in p, the pools are nice and the grounds are well maintained.

  The front desk people could not be more rude, rooms are 20 years old and have not been renovated.

  The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, the pools are awesome and there waterfall and slide are great for kids.

  A very nice and friendly place, wonderful staff. Rooms clean, cool activities and great food. Concierge available 24/7 and the swimming pools aren’t heated.

  I recovered, , after seeing the beautiful beach and good location. Puerto vallarta is very nice and the staff is helpful, very helpful. The only oceanfront rooms are the big suites, the retaraunt bar is almost impossible to get a drink, let alone be acknowledged and as for food, we liked to sample the restaurants in.
