      The location is perfect, i cannot say one bad thing about this hotel thanks to the hotel design and the building is lovely.

      Did not find the hotel's "suburban" location, a few km outside of the city center, a drawback, but an advantage.

      The hotel is not in a great location, and is better suited for business travelers.

      We stayed one night here one the way back to the States (moved from points north to Catania, to be nearer to airport).

      52 euro bus ticket at a Tabachi, then take the 429 bus which stops just outside the hotel gate.

      Beds were a bit lumpy and uncofortable, rooms were very clean, but furniture is antiquated, and not very efficient.

      Good starting point you are leaving the city, we could choose a room on the modern part of the hotel and the beds are really comfortable.

      There was a thin sliver of window in the room that looked out on to a building site.

      Some people returned to complain about their rooms immediately after check in as they had no windows, fortunately mine was adequate.

      Sophisticated furniture of room, great restaurants.

      Breakfast was magnificent, including freshly squeezed OJ, eggs in any way, and assorted meats, cheeses, and breads.

      Today a pleasant Hotel, attentive staff and free internet wi-fi appreciated.

      In contrast to esteemed other reviewer, we found the hotel staff to be helpful and friendly.

      We had dinner at the hotel, which was OK--the service was good, and they did appear to be trying hard, but I didn't find the food that memorable.

      However there are too few staff around and the ones that are seem fairly unhelpful and don't seem to know much about the sort of information tourists want or care that much about the guests.

      One disappointment here is that the hotel is listed as having a pool, and at the time of our stay did not have one.

      Major renovations are going on in the rear of the property, including a large concrete pit that apparently will be a pool someday!

      Oh, and you wouldn’t use the swimming pool.

      It is very very clean and the beds are really comfortable.

        The hotel is not in a great location, and is better suited for business travelers. The rooms are a bit small, parking is tight (at an extra cost), internet access is through swisscom (at $25 per day). Breakfast was magnificent, including freshly squeezed OJ, eggs in any way, and assorted meats, cheeses, and breads. Beds were a bit lumpy and uncofortable, rooms were very clean, but furniture is antiquated, and not very efficient.

        Good starting point you are leaving the city, we could choose a room on the modern part of the hotel and the beds are really comfortable.

        Quiet location and very cool hotel. Additionally their wonderful staff, bright room and a good restaurant. The facilities were very attractive.

        Beautiful surroundings and i found them to be of a good size compared to some city hotels. Price for the room was also reasonable at 140 Euros/night and roof garden were simply superb.
