Location : the hotel was adjacent to one private, the venue's beachfront, and two areas one private, walled garden and other courtyard outside the main entrance. The garden was perfect for breakfast, greatly enjoyed where it was situated. Our superior queen room included a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card. The bed was really nice ; and there was a bidet.

Modern and sophisticated place, I enjoyed to be here.
I took a well-maintained and modern room with amazing views, tea, as for instance. The breakfast was varied and sensational, with all dishes being constantly replenished and the staff was really helpful. The service was very good.

We had an amazing New Year's stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The reception area and room were both beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The wifi worked perfectly, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the stunning swimming pool, which was the most beautiful one we have ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located just a short drive away from the city center, giving us easy access to all the attractions.
That there was no onsite restaurant, so we had to walk a short distance to find a place to eat. Unfortunately, during our stay, it was pouring rain and even though the staff lent us umbrellas, we still got soaked.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in the hills of a charming little village. The location provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere that was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. They even offered room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, making my stay even more convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a minibar. I loved the balcony, where I could enjoy the beautiful views and the fresh air. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The continental breakfast served here was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The manager was always available to assist with any inquiries or problems I had, which was greatly appreciated. the service, location, and amenities provided at this hotel made it a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.
I would highly recommend this place to any friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

It was pre-vacation season so very quiet. The hotel, set in the grounds of a 17th Century Villa is exceptional and the Village of Trebinattico is really quaint. The facilities are first classs, the staff extremly curtious and helpful and the breakfast first class in presentation, variety and quality of food. The only unusual aspect of the hotel and one also experienced the previous period in Venice, was that the ac was not functional. Apparently it is a energy saving initiative implemented by the Italian authorities to conserve power until the warmer months of the year. While not an issue for us at Villa Cattani due to the fresh country air, it was annoying in the noisy central Venice Island envoronment! At Eu100 per night, it represented excellent value for money and less than half of the hotel cosy of Venice!

Although not there for very long I enjoyed the comfort and surroundings, and breakfast was very good.
Coming in at night and not having satnav I found the direction signs difficult to see, especially from Pesaro once I had missed the first one on SS16. Clearer and more prominet signs would help.
