This hotel is great value, breakfast is rich: everymorning on the buffet there are fresh croissants.
Its central location is super for exploring this part of toscany, the staff of the hotel is really forthcoming and professional.
Great location and as we visited during the annual break half the town was away.
The location on the edge of Pistoia makes very quiet, very friendly welcome during check in and rooms are spacious.
On the positive side, it's a very clean place, with good decor in a quiet location.
Room/bathroom very clean, especially helpful were the attentive restaurant staff.
Helpful staff and modern and beds comfortable.
Great position for Tuscany visit, all staff tried very hard to make our stay memorable and the rooms are very nice.
We were treated like royalty by hotel staff and the room was huge.
Friendly staff, good beds and the food we ordered.
Breakfast is plentiful and well laid out but the constant rush of the staff banging crockery and other utensils gave me a feeling of sitting in a cafe at a British supermarket.
The breakfast was very nice, but we saw a waiter only at the end of the brekfast.
The restaurant service was downright awful - with long gaps between courses and general confusion.
I would stay here again but avoid the restaurant - there are plenty in town about 3km away.
Highly professional staff at reception desk, spacious and comfortable room, service in the restaurant perfect.
The swimming pool are the best place for relaxing: quiet, staff is friendly and correct.
Great value for money, in fact we were surprised at the standard for the price charged and staff were multilingual.
The place was just great, all the staff was nice.
On the less positive side, service was generally poor.
Hills at the back provide good walking and relaxation area - and the hotel's outdoor pool is large and clean.
