Great location and friendly staff. The hotel offers a lovely breakfast, which is included, and the rooms are clean. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a nice touch and the air conditioning worked well.

The rooms were quite small, and the bathroom was cramped. The Wi-Fi was spotty, making it difficult to work from the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of delicious options and set me up perfectly for the day ahead. The hotel's location was also a huge plus, with easy access to key areas of the city.

I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing between the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times. while the location was great, some of the facilities seemed a little dated and could have used some renovation.

The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful white cotton towels in the bathroom. The staff was courteous, patient, and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was divine with a variety of local specialties. The open-air dining-room was bright and welcoming, with beautiful views of the city.

The hotel could improve attention to cleaning, as some guests noticed the rest of soap used by past guests in their rooms.
