Nice hotel, good services. Hosts are very warm and helpful.
The room of the apartment, located upstairs, might be improved with some protection for the kids.

The hotel stuff was nice and helpful. Individual wishes were fulfilled E.G. for breakfast. Breakfast in general nice and abundant.
Room was not clean, nor was the bathroom where stains were left behind from last residents, clearly visible in sink and on tiles! Small carpets in room were grey with dust. Towels were very rough, each drying felt like a peeling. Mattress was not comfortable at all but so thin that every single metal spring could be felt. Overall impression not good, which is a pity, given the nice furniture and general set up of this seemingly quite new hotel.

Lovely family owned small hotel in Zemun. City center is 10-15 min. from center (deppends on traffic) by taxi. Nice green garden, I've really enjoyed to sit outside after work. Huge bedroom. Breakfast was good, owner was very flexible with my vegetarian wishes, I had really a great time, I would recommend this hotel to everybody. :o)

Very Good location - Not far from the AirPort, and not far from city center. (very convinient If you have a car). Nice garden and quite and clean appartments. freindly staff. If you have only one or two days in Belgrade, and don't want to stay too far from AirPort, - that's a good choice.

great staff , very helpfull and nice people
in case of late arrival in the evening it migth be quite difficult to arrange dinner in close restaurants , otherwise you must drive or take a taxi to the city centre;

I liked everything. Apartment was huge, nice and clean. Staff and owners were very friendly and unbelievably helpful. Last but not least after "long night" we were allowed to stay in the room till 15.00 at no extra costs. I was first my first time in Belgrade and these people made my trip to this beautiful city unforgettable. Thanks.

The general comment about this hotel on scale from 1 to 10 is 10+. I truly think that this hotel did not deserve this few bad comments. I have only nice words about this hotel,especially about stuff,breakfast was very good,and also the garden,where i spend a lot of my time. If you having second thoughts whether to stay in this hotel,my sincere advise is dont hesitate,you will not wrong. Greetings for the always smilling staff!!
