The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and the pool area was spacious and had great water temperature. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to beautiful beaches in Portugal.

The rooms were in need of urgent renovation, especially in terms of soundproofing. The decor and overall look of the rooms were outdated and uncomfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated in an industrial area opposite the local fire station, providing a unique and interesting atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping was exceptional, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-maintained. The amenities provided in the room, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The balcony with its sitting area and garden furniture was a lovely addition, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The in-room air conditioning ensured that we were always comfortable, even during the hotter days. The television with cable/satellite channels provided entertainment after a long day of exploring.

The hotel's location near the beautiful Atlantic Alentejo coast is definitely a plus. It's close to some good beaches, but not really close to attractions or the beach. The pool is great, and the bar offers some very good drinks.

The rooms definitely need some renovation; they have a dated decor and look old-fashioned.

During the summer, we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and easy access to the nearby Lagoas de Santo André and the beach. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice balconies. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of local products. The hotel also had a spacious pool and a children's playground, ideal for families.

From the moment we arrived, they were the friendliest and most helpful group of people we have encountered in a long time. They were always available to assist us, chat with us, and share their recommendations for the best restaurants in the area. And speaking of activities, the enormous slide by the pool was an absolute hit with our kids - they were kept busy for hours every day! We can't wait to come back and explore more of what this hotel has to offer. It truly was an extraordinary experience.

Hotel Vila Park has good facilities and nice staff. The room was in excellent condition. It is a nice option for business visits to the Sines industrial zone.
