Hotel Vila Gale Village Cascais - 卡斯凯什

This hotel is set in a great location just a short walk from the town and the sea front.

Good hotel in an excellet location - just far enough out of town not to be noisy but close enough to make it accessible.

All in all, hotel is very good, staff friendly, great location and Cascais pleasant town.

The hotel is quite a way from the airport, I was surprised that the taxi driver was leading me to the coast.

In Lisbon get a 7 Colinas card which gives access to the Metro and Trams.

Plus points were huge rooms and bathrooms that were cleaned and maintained well, nice pool and bar areas.

We got a lounge, balcony, kitchen, huge double room and bathroom all included in the price of a normal double.

Last year the two of us had booked a twin room but were given a junior suite offering lots of space so we hoped to get the same this time around.

We didn't eat in the hotel at night as we preferred to walk into town (where there are some great fish restaurants, especially one called O Pescador), and finish the evening off with a hotel in the hotel bar (they make great Mojitos!

We only experienced the restaurant at breakfast time which had a good buffet selection, however, if you like to drink tea I would recommend you take your own teabags.

Pool & garden do make up as very pleasant - plenty loungers etc and guests came and went throughout day without leaving towels to claim ownership!
