          The hotel is very good, rooms are tasteful and the service is great and the food in the restaurant is excellent.

          Plenty of seating areas and no shortage of sun loungers around the large pool, another reviewer says the locals are unfriendly.

          Lovely hotel, friendly staff and nice spaceous rooms, clean, FANTASTIC beds. Absolutely spotless, clean towels everyday and breakfast superb. Breakast fresh fruit salads, dinner at very reasonable prices and facilities great.

          Wonderful views of the sea, the buses are frequent and reliable and offer a viable alternative to renting a car, santa Cruz is a peaceful village. The hotel is modern, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and dvd player and excellent air conditioning system. The sauna is really nice and breakfast is great.

          The location near the airport and the local bus is regular, cheap will take you to Funchal. The hotel is smart, modern, beach is nice and quiet, probably due to the fact that its pebbly, staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are very large, food is excellent and pool itself is fantastic and very well maintained.

          The beach at Santa Cruz consists of huge stones, very good location and most hotel rooms look directly onto the sea Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was large, breakfasts were lovely and waiters and waitresses were attentive. Late checkout was easy to arrange and quite cheap.

          Very modern and stylish, the rooms are mostly facing the sea, the location is really nice, just 2 km from Funchal airport. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is excellent and bathroom is huge. The food is the best, all facilities are very good.
