  The beach was beautiful and the weather was great, the atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were extremely accomodating, the room was clean. The food was good.

  The beach is amazing at any one of the resorts along punta cana and beautiful Hotel Shame about the Sales people. The Italian one is very good.

  That way the room stays cool and no humitidy smells can build up, the staff is not friendly and the food was horrible.

  Great view to resort, pool and beach, pleasant stay, very friendly staff. Room 5112 was nice, drinks were good tried diff ones every day.

  Good for the value, great staff and they’re comfortable, there’s a balcony, and plentiful hot water in the shower. Food was amazing.

  Great service, good buffet selection.

  Small hotel, not too busy, not enough plastic cups in the various pool/beach bars and my room was not clean for 3 days.

  Location was good, beautiful beach and we tried the seafood and the fish was good quality. The coffee machine in the lobby was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and spacious. The food was delicious and the gardens were very well kept and pretty.

  Good location on beautiful beach and great stay. Attractive grounds and buildings, yes the furniture is of Ratan style etc everything was fine. The staff you tip lovely and calm water, sandy bottom plenty of shade and loungers.

  And wasnt a bad drive to and from the aiport, no cheap prices unless you waste ALOT of time haggling. We used the toilets all over the complex and i can say i never found 1 to be out of order.

  The location is really nice and beach is amazing. The hotel is great and smoothies are especially good in the lobby. Service is perfect, staff is polite and friendly, the ceiling fan above the beds are helpful. The food is not bad, the pool is large refreshing and clean.

  The beach is beautiful and the location is fabulous. The hotel staff is really really friendly, great water pressure and instant hot water, the top floor has a vaulted ceiling and seems more spacious. The pizza is really good and waiters Are Very Nice.
