Everything was wonderful, outstandingly accommodating staff, good views of the beach. My room was big size and airy with a lounge, very good kitchen and a dining area. Also, location was great, just 5 minutes walk from Cavill Mall.

My luxury apartment was fully renovated, modern. An oven, a cooktop and kitchenware were a nice touch. Location: the hotel was just off the ocean, trams and buses, and View Pacific, Surfers Paradise. A cool bonus was nearby Sandbar, that offered tea and coffee.
The hotel staff was a little rude.

My stay at View Pacific Apartments was incredible. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The secure parking included was a huge bonus, ensuring that my car was safe throughout my stay. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to accommodate any requests or needs that I had. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with modern appliances, making me feel right at home. The pool was also a great feature, providing a warm and relaxing oasis on a cool evening. I had a fantastic experience at View Pacific Apartments and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great value stay.
Although there were some minor drawbacks during my stay, such as a few parking issues and a wobbly bunk bed in one of the rooms, these were overshadowed by the many positive aspects of View Pacific Apartments. Additionally, there was a bug problem with spiders, ants, and roaches, but this could be attributed to the Queensland weather.

Location
I booke very early and was under the assumption i would get treated the same as other guests. I was left with no doubt fromthe staff that booking early through Booked.net and getting a good deal, made me the lowest priority in terms of priority in room preferences. I was told i should feel lucky i got the price and that i must have booked before the gold coast 600 dates were announced. That is the reason i chose the date, we went for the race. I now am of the belief due to this experience tnat booking early through your web sites has no benefit. The good deal only exists if i am getting an advantage. Being treated as a low priority because i booked early and got a good price eliminates any good deal. I have several other hotels booked through your site and am concerned about getting poor rooms as i did this time

Good location...
Bed & pillows(need extra pillows) very uncomfortable, furniture very basic, TV out dated & small with only free to air stations… some with bad reception. Wi fi should be offered for a small sign in fee…. No exhaust fan in toilet…… very smelly ! Lighting very dull in bathroom…. One light not working -broken The younger Staff at reception were unfriendly. Permanent –un opened Screen at front desk does not promote a friendly reception. Car parking difficult…. Remove numbers from car park spots & allow first in best park (as all parking is regularly not always used) Very noisy environment early hours of the morning… 1 to 6 am Hope this info is useful to you to improve the service Regards Paul

The location was favourable, at a medium distance from Surfers Paradise Beach. We had an apartment with a view to the beach. Very good kitchen and a dining area were great.

I recently had a delightful stay at a conveniently located hotel just beside the beach. The hotel offered excellent value for money and had reasonable prices. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the provided amenities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with three beds and adequate facilities for a base to travel from. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and provided great service.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, with no significant issues.

Convenient
We stayed in Room 5, Level 1 - this level smelt of smoke - which was offensive as we were all non-smokers. We had to ask for an iron. There was no telephone service, which was a problem as most of us were from New Zealand and wanted our husbands to call us without using our cell phones. There was no WiFi or Internet connection.

Well sized room, exceptionally comfortable bed and large bathroom. With an oven, a cooktop, and kitchenware.

The hotel offers great value for money and is reasonably priced. The location is unbeatable, just beside the beach, so it's perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and they even have space for families with young children. We loved waking up to the complete water views as promised, it was truly spectacular. Moreover, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
Some minor improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience.

Quiet, well managed and very well located.
Some of the alloy window and door catches are getting a bit hard to operate. A minor consideration really, which did not affect the overall very favourable impression of the apartments.

Location. Great Rooms.
Not enough hot water. (Freezing cold half way through washing hair.)

Had a great Easter break! The chocolates in the room were a nice touch, and the welcome from staff was friendly. The location was perfect! Right by the beach and just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Also loved the stunning sea view from our room.
The room was a bit worn out in places and could have been cleaner. we had some issues with our billing as they charged the full amount to our credit card instead of just the deposit.
