The room was air conditioned and had an exceptionally comfortable bed, along with a large bathroom that we thoroughly enjoyed, the daily service was top-notch, and the location was convenient, only a 25-minute walk from Harder.

Had an air-conditioned and fancy room with all essentials, a balcony, and an extra bed, and I couldn't ask for more. The hotel was in a particularly good location just next door to a palace, Victoria Jungfrau from 13 November for one night and the center.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel. The hotel is situated in a luxurious area of Interlaken, with easy access to the city center and close to our clients. Shopping and dining options are also nearby. The rooms are spacious and feature a comfortable, firm bed, large windows, and a big flat-screen TV. The access to the Club Lounge for guests on the upper floors was particularly positive, where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast as well as snacks and drinks throughout the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety for international guests.

The service is welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and provide a lovely view of the Jungfrau.

Stunning mountain views from rooms. Convenient location near train station. Kids enjoyed ice skating rink in front of hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool with mountain backdrop. Can't wait to return!

Exellent but very expensive

i advise the hotel director to provide all rooms with free wireless internet ,and to provide the gusts with shettle service coz the hotel is little far from the train stations especially if the gusts re old ages

I absolutely loved the incredible views and the delicious breakfast here, they were fantastic; we also enjoyed going to a nearby place called Husi Bierhaus for drinks, which was always a good time since this hotel is right in the heart of the city.

This place is a great spot to stay while exploring the beautiful surroundings of a park located nearby, and it's conveniently close to the train station, just a 16-minute walk away.

The Spa at the Victoria Jungfrau was wonderful, I feelt very pampered and they had a Sauna and a Steam room you could use before and after your treatment. Very nice.

They lost/didn't recieve our room booking from Booked.net so we had to call Booked.net to get it all sorted out. However, Booked.net was great and they resolved the situation and as a result we got bumped up to a juniour suite at no cost to us. :)

This place is conveniently located in the town center within walking distance of a bronze statue, offering a superior queen room with valley views, an electric kettle, and glassware.

Loved the restaurants, SPA, massage, pool, and breakfast. Spectacular room, friendly staff, excellent location. Iconic, epic pool and spa, great hospitality.

Nothing not to like.
