Though, 4000RUR per night is on the high side considering the service and the location.
The room was clean and spacious with a bedroom, bathroom, and a study area with a desk.
The staff spoke English, bar was nice, room was very spacious.
My room overlooked a large street with the electric trolley buses whizzing by.
Breakfast was included with the room, and the Hostess explained all the Russian Breakfast dishes to me.
Average service and cleanliness and a pretty good breakfast even compared to western standards.
The "Herring Under the Red Carpet" for breakfast was excellent, even though fish for breakfast didn't sound too appealing at the time.
I ate dinner in the hotel one evening, and all the food was excellent.
I found all of the staff spoke English including the maids.
