Excellent location, very nice hotel and the staff - particularly at Reception - were brilliant at all times.
The location is great, the same drink cost much less just up the street and t expected that the hotel will be rather good on that price.
The reception was very helpful, room was big and the food at the complimentary breakfast was very good.

The location is perfect 2 minute walk to puerta del Sol and the nearest metro station, we booked Hotel Victoria 4 as a central stay for a couple of nights. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
