  The spa exercise room has a panoramic view of south bay, hotel is amazing and staff is very courteous and helpful. The mini bar and nibbles are great as well as restaurant and pool facilities.

  The pool was amazing and the service in that area was the best we got, outside, the hotel were near office buildings, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean.

  The restaurant has a beautiful view of brickell park, bicayane bay, and Downtown Miami, the Viceroy is a beautifully designed hotel, staff are pleasant and welcoming. Bathroom is spacious, sexy, clean and pool is huge and the largest jacuzzi I have ever seen. The food excellent and the spa to die for.

  The location on brickell was great and we walked to good restaurants, the hotel room was very nice. Staff were very friendly too and the junior suite was also nicely designed and adequately sized.

  The location is great the room is large and spacious, the hotel is well situated therefore all areas of interest in Miami were easily accesible. Service is very good and the bed is amazingly big and comfortable. Pool is huge.

  The breakfast menu was lovely and the view amazing, i dined at one of the restaurants in the hotel for my birthday dinner, and had an fantastic meal. Front desk was nice and room was very confortable, staff were helpful.

  Our room and all the public areas were clean and decorated very nicely, service was very professional and friendly. The giant bathroom was great.

  For anyone doing business in this area is an ideal location and i tried several luxury hotels at this street and i would say that this one is the best. The room service is excellent and pool are great.

  Miami has a overhead tram/metro like service is free and overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend. Room makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, the pool is very large and has a mature garden on the 9th floor.

  The pool area is just fantastic and we booked this hotel only days before arrival and received a good deal on the 1 bedroom suite. The rooms are very modern and fun, the spa is large, clean, and refreshing, and I had an excellent massage experience there.

  Location is great in the financial area, that being said, the Viceroy is an acceptable property and the pool and jaccuzi is wonderful.

  The view from the restaurant is wonderful, the spa Jardin also provides excellent service and has a unique design, the pool is way to big.

  The pool area has the best view of the Miami skyline and city, the staff is great the rooms are clean in short the place is perfect.
