Hotel overlooked courtyard and the room was good sized. I greatly enjoyed great customer service. Also, I parked on premises. I didn't want to leave, so would be happy to recommend this property...

Small things not working at hotel. TV system not set up correctly and not delivering programming. The TV's are small compared to the furniture and size or room. The bathroom had one set of towels each day, but we checked in as couple in double room. Shower drain not working. Plastic cups. A few inconsistencies.

The hotel has a great spacious and stlishh feel to it,And the service was very good in the hotel and spa.And last but not least the staff were friendly.

Modern architecture, surrounded by green hills with a nearby castle. Outdoor pool with a snack bar and golf course. Relaxing health spa. Delicious breakfast and professional, helpful staff. Stunning natural and architectural surroundings.

There is no restaurant in the hotel although it is still mentioned on their website. There is however an excellent restaurant on walking distance.

The location was favourable and fantastic, within short walking distance to Golf Club Vicenza. I appreciated the fairly nice area.

During my New Year stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the modern and stylish decor. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, which were spacious and well-maintained.

One aspect that disappointed me during my stay was the noise disturbance caused by an event taking place in the hotel. The loud music made it difficult to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights, lasting until 1am.

Was a lot of problems with the water. Happend around 4 times in a 3 night stay that there was no running water and we had to call the reception to get it fixed.

Very helpful staff, all the facilities one could hope for, one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever had.

Excellent restaurant not available for guests for dinner, but they catered for busloads of visitors. Recommended the restaurant next door at the Golf Club, was said to be "very good", in fact was very average.

During my stay at Ghv Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings and the stunning architectural style of the building. The hotel is nestled in green hills, with a charming castle within walking distance. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, and having a snack bar right next to it was a great convenience. The health spa added to the relaxation factor of my stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious and one of the best I've had in Italy. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had a wonderful experience at Ghv Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The shower-tub in my room was surprisingly small and there was a pipe leaking, which was a bit disappointing given the overall high standard of the hotel.

The hotel was clean and luxurious, the staff were friendly and helpful and the swimming pool area was really nice.

Unfortunately, both the restaurant and the wellness centre were closed during our stay.

We were impressed by the range of services available, from room service to laundry and dry cleaning, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.

Modern and stylish hotel. We stayed there just 1 night but manager surprised us with upgrade to suite (nice)

Location is poor. It´s far from Vicenza and you can find it only with GPS.
