This is our second stay at La Residenza Verona House. The location is excellent for the Arena, shops and the railway station. Lots of cafes locally and also a couple of supermarkets in easy walking distance, which is important if you're self-catering, as we were.The kitchen is small but well supplied with everything you could realistically need. The washing machine was very useful, as we were there for 3 weeks. The staff are really nice and very helpful. It's kept very clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets in case it got cold. Lots of storage space.

The room we got this year was not as nice as last year, when I gave a 10 on my score. The bedroom was fine, but the living room was tiny with furniture that seemed to have been built for children! I had to ask for a comfortable armchair to sit in, as the ones we had were so low, I had trouble getting up from them. Guiseppe very kindly carried the one from the lobby up to the room. Also, the table and chairs didn't match in height, which made dining a bit uncomfortable.

The position only 3 mins from the roman arena, the facilities kitchen dining space free to come and go , no rstrictions, perfect .would recommend to anyone travelling to verona

Great hidden gem

We were originally booked at Hotel Milano & Spa, but they were fully booked. However, they offered us a room at Verona House and we were pleasantly surprised. The recently renovated apartment had the nicest bathroom and kitchen we experienced during our trip. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was perfect for exploring Verona. I highly recommend staying at Verona House Aparthotel.

Very near to Arena, staff very friendly, excellent location for those who need relaxation after busy business schedule of the whole day..

Intercom was not working, so was difficult to ask anything at reception .. Air-condition was also making noise...

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this hotel and realized it was the sister hotel of the Aparthotel next to the Arena. The location opposite Castelvecchio was fantastic, especially with the breathtaking view of the castle at night. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel even offered free bikes to explore the city. The staff was knowledgeable and gave great restaurant recommendations. I had a joyous and wonderful stay at this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel during Thanksgiving and found the location to be excellent. Just across the street from a major attraction and only a short walk away from other key spots in the city. The room size was good and comfortable and the bed was great. The breakfast selection was a plus, with plenty to choose from.

The lack of coffee-making facilities in the room was a disappointment, and the hotel had none on-site. the elevators were very small and cramped.

This hotel boasts an impressive location, situated close to the city center, with the historic Coliseum and train station within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with modern facilities such as a stove, microwave, and fridge providing guests with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast selection is diverse and tasty.

There is only limited natural sunlight in some of the rooms, causing some discomfort to guests who are staying for an extended period.

All was perfect.

We loved our stay in this hotel right in the heart of the city, close to all attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean with great facilities, including a well-equipped kitchenette and disco shower. The staff was attentive and helpful, providing us with complementary tea and water and even a cot for our baby boy. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of pastries, meats, eggs.

The breakfast was mind-blowing with a wide variety of delicious food. The room was super spacious and had a jaw-dropping spa shower. The location was PERFECT, close to attractions yet quiet. Would highly recommend!

Great location & helpful staff

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and it's easy to find all the main attractions nearby. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff members are very accommodating and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and they have great local recommendations for places to eat and see. It's an excellent choice if you're looking for a hotel in the centre of the city.

One downside to this hotel is that the rooms are on the smaller side, but it's still comfortable. some of the rooms may not have a view, so it's best to inquire beforehand.
