Rooms are spacious and restaurants are quite nice.
Facilities in the room were excellent and breakfast was relaxed.
Additionally the staff are very friendly, free standing TV in room too low to watch comfortably in bed.

Great views, a beautiful hotel in an amazing location and excellent Reception. Served by friendly local and internaional staff.

Fabulous view of the bridges over the tyne and a short walk into town, this hotel is really in the best location, the bathroom also has good countertop space and a large bathtub. Huge breakfast fit for king and delicious.

The location is perfect, just in the City Center of newcastle, the bar and lounge areas have good decor.

Bed and pillows uncomfortable and need updating, £15 for minimum breakfast is too much.

Very good location for newcastle Quayside, overall GREAT VALUE and all staff were helpful and friendly, checking in and out was nice and easy. We ordered breakfast to be served in our room, arrived promptly and was gorgeous.

Location excellent, due to shortness of stay was unfortunately able to take advantage of impressive facilities and the rooms were very large and comfortable.

The staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful, bar was also expensive.
