The location is superb, will recommend the hotel to many people and reception staff are very helpful.

Decided to stay at the ventana based on the excellent booked and the staff were attentive and caring.

Our room on the top floor had no view the windows being some 10' up in the loft and the day of my arrival I ordered a pizza and later wished I had not done this.
