For the high prices of the other hotels in Bucharest Venezia can be a perfect choice for a professional trip.
Spent months trawling websites and studying hotel locations, prices, standards etc.
The staff was nice and the location is central.
The location was good for looking around Bucharest, thankfully the room had aircon as the weather was very hot during our stay and service was wonderful.
I can’t comment on the location: all we did for four days was to take the 8-min walk to the Palace of the People, and back.
One piece of advice from painful experience: Make sure not to get ripped off if you take a cab at the taxi stand in front of the hotel.
This hotel is about 15 mins walk from the city centre but trams travel here every five minutes.
The bath room was spacious but went clearly overboard on the whole “pre-modern design” idea: bath tub only, no shower curtains.
Our room was quite spacious, clean with minibar, safe, very modern, clean en-suite.
Good rooms, very clean, confortable bathroom, very friendly staff and free internet access in all rooms are priviledges for the hotel.
Lots of space in what practically was a 2-room-suite plus a walk-in closet.
Since we had requested quiet rooms we got lucky and ended all up in corner rooms with windows to a light shaft.
Breakfast was plenty and decent (if you like vegetables and salty food in the morning).
The breakfast had a good selection of hams.
The bedding was spotless, breakfast was excellent.
We did not find any restaurants wortj mentioning nearby other than the kebab shop on the corner (excellent) but the centre is within easy reach.
Breakfast consisted of hot food - omelette, sausages or mushrooms & boiled eggs.
Location was quiet at night, the Opera house I spent many a pleasant evening and the staff were very helpful.
Staff were friendly is rare in Bucharest.
The small lobby places could be a problem, especially if you plan to arrange any meeting there, or even drink a coffee.

This is a very decent hotel with clean rooms and fairly good breakfast.
Staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, the rooms are sufficient and clean.
Very friendly staff, clean bathroom and complimentary bathrobes.
