Appreciated the double room overlooking the mountain. Staff were helpful and responsive, and facilities were exclusive here. Incredible location in the mountains of Velingrad was a plus. What's more, it was not far from restaurant and massages and the outskirts of Velingrad where the forest begins.

The property is fairly clean; luxury rooms; soft bed. As for me location is unique, close to the forest surrounding with a view on part of the city and forest hills as well as the mountains of Velingrad...

Location in the forest is amazing. Heard birds in the morning. Bed and pillows were amazing. Spa facilities great, especially herbal sauna and aroma steam bath. Jacuzzis in forest and swings in relax zone were my favorite. Spectacular 5-star food. Recommend for romantic getaway.

Oh, just a small detail. the buffet only had food descriptions in Bulgarian.

the stay here was really really nice, loved the hotel, it was clean with perfect and nice location close enough to a hill of tall pine trees, the restaurant, and the nature and flowers all around. the pool was nice and i had hot drinks in the lobby bar.

The service was exceptional, however some people working there were very very bad.

Small hotel in a great area really close to the pine forest as well as the Spa center-Stanka. Perfect breakfast option with options fresh orange juice. Magnificent and beautiful location, 10 minutes' walk to Lake Kleptuza. Great pool, parking on-site. Everything perfect.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all necessary facilities. The spa had sauna, steam room, cold room, gym, and well-trained staff for massages. The hotel's location was perfect, situated at the edge of the forest with access to tourist tracks. The lobby had a magnificent fireplace.

Had a very pleasant stay during our holidays, glad I've chosen it. We ate at a good restaurant with great food. The location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Lake Kleptuza;)))

Spent New Year’s Eve at a cozy mountain resort. Enjoyed waking up to a breathtaking view of the snowy peaks. Loved that there were two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, for ultimate relaxation even in winter. The inclusive buffets were fantastic, with plenty of local and regional cuisine. The nearby ski slopes were an added bonus for a winter getaway.

The wifi could have been better as it was spotty at times. the parking lot was a bit of a walk from the room, which was challenging in the cold weather.

Loved the peaceful forest location and the spa was amazing. The pools were well-maintained and the warm water always felt great. The breakfast spread was impressive and we found enough options to satisfy us. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was too dim and the hairdryer was not in good condition. The restaurant prices were overpriced.

The hotel is situated in the outskirts of the city among a stunning pine forest, offering a lovely natural atmosphere. I had the best spa treatment of my trip in the hotel's well-equipped spa, and the reception staff was always willing to lend a hand. The breakfast spread was amazing and definitely the highlight of my stay.

We stayed in a cozy room next to the forest with a breathtaking view of the tall pine trees. Unfortunately, the bathroom needed some fixing and the breakfast was not always fresh. The indoor pool, sauna and hot tub were very relaxing and therapeutic with natural mineral water. The outdoor pool had a beautiful view of the pine forest.

The restaurant lacked variety and quality in some plates.
